The eDesign Tribe Team places the highest priority on design and quality. Though our items are inspected prior to shipment, damages may happen. We ask you to please inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement. DELIVERY + EXCHANGES + RETURNS
We require a payment of 100% to begin production. Receipt of payment serves as agreement to specifications on this invoice; please verify all information is correct.
Cancellations + Returns
All Jamie Young products sold through eDesign Tribe are final sale. Items can only be canceled prior to the initiation of the shipping process. We do not authorize returns or cancellations for any reason, other than damage after the item has shipped.
Dimensions of most products are approximate due to the hand craftsmanship of each item. Actual dimensions could vary one to two inches. Please refer to the Measuring Guide to help ensure correct sizing. PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED EVEN IF THEY DONT FIT.
Typically, once orders are processed with the dealer and confirmed with the vendor, in stock orders are shipped within approx. 5 business days. Delivery times will vary for small parcel orders (FedEx) and larger items that need to ship with specialized carriers.

Repairs or Replacements
Approval for any replacement must be received in advance, simply email your dealer and they will work with Jamie Young Co.
